General Information on Data Processing

Personal data is collected on this website only to the extent technically necessary. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the GDPR (Art. 6 para. 1). We do not share personal data with third parties unless required by law.

Your Rights

You have the right to free information about your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77) at any time.

Server Log Files

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files: browser type, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, time of request, and IP address. This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and is not merged with other data sources.

Cookies

This website uses a session cookie (auth_session) for authentication. This cookie is technically necessary and is deleted when you sign out. No tracking cookies or third-party cookies are used.

User Account

When you register, your email address, username, and a hashed password (Argon2id) are stored. You may optionally add a profile picture, bio, and website URL. You can view and modify all your data in your profile at any time. To delete your account, please contact us by email.

Preset Storage

Uploaded preset files are stored encrypted on our own S3-compatible storage (Garage) in Germany. Preset metadata (name, description, tags) is stored in the database. You can download and delete your presets at any time.

Web Analytics (Matomo)

This website uses Matomo, a privacy-friendly open-source web analytics tool, operated on our own servers. IP addresses are anonymized. No data is shared with third parties. You can opt out of the analysis at any time.

Email Communication

We only send emails for account verification and password reset purposes. Your email address is not used for newsletters or advertising and is not shared with third parties.

SSL/TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix in your browser's address bar.
